Europe – Italy’ s Fiera Milano has posted record revenues of € 380m, up 39 % on € 273.2m for 2024. The consolidated results at 31 December 2025, approved by the Board, also showed a net profit of € 50m, up 165.3 % compared to € 19.1m in 2024. The company reported CO₂ emissions dropping, equal to 4,162 tCO₂eq, down 57 % compared to 9,686 tCO₂eq in 2024. Energy from renewable sources was equal to 95 % of total consumption, compared to 65 % in 2024, the group said. The Fiera has also appointed Ilaria Cicero to lead the Group’ s food-related trade shows abroad.
World – International Live B2B Events and digital services group, Informa has reported record revenues and adjusted operating profit – a fifth consecutive year of double-digit adjusted earnings per share growth. The group confirmed £ 620m cash returns and an acceleration in share buybacks in 2026. Highlights from the 2025 financial report include revenue and operating profit growth of 13.7 % and 14.6 %, respectively. Informa noted strong 2026 Q1 performance, including by major B2B brands in Healthcare( HIMSS, WHX Dubai, WHX Labs) and Food( Natural Products Expo, Gulfood).
Nordics – Global event technology platform CrowdComms has acquired EventEye, bringing one of the Nordics’ most established event technology teams into the CrowdComms group. The company said the move strengthened CrowdComms Nordic and would increase capacity and support for customers in the Nordic and Scandinavian region. CrowdComms has known EventEye’ s founders, Fredrik Hoel and Ane Jemblie Kristoffersen, for over a decade, with EventEye serving as a CrowdComms territory partner for the past six years. Hoel will lead CrowdComms Nordic as managing director.
