Tammy Mauldin’s career has been defined by helping
businesses. She began her career as a Citibank Financial
Consultant before becoming a small business advisor for
Bank of America. She continued to call on businesses as
a multi-media consultant with the Daytona Beach News-
Journal and now leads the DeLand Area Chamber of
Commerce as its Executive Director. Tammy appreciates
the importance of recruiting new businesses in selected
industries to Volusia County. That’s why she is a Board
Level investor of Team Volusia.
PLANNING FOR SOUTHEAST
VOLUSIA COUNTY’S GRAND LAND.
Two executives of Miami Corporation are among
Volusia County’s greatest advocates. David Fuechtman
and Michael Brown work with their colleagues on
planning for Farmton, a mixed-use community,
which will straddle Volusia and Brevard counties.
The company owns 67,000 acres in the two counties.
In Volusia County, Farmton will be created on
15,081 acres with another 31,876 acres dedicated
to conservation. David tends to corporate matters.
Michael handles hunting, timber and cattle ventures.
Miami Corporation is a Board Level investor in Team
Volusia, represented by David and Michael.
