loans are subject to credit approval, and certain restrictions and limitations apply. VyStar will pay borrower closing costs up to a maximum amount of 2%
of the loan amount excluding real estate taxes, liens, or any prepaid interest or funds. Program only applies to business real estate loans with a minimum
