For Mark E. Dougherty, real estate is more than a career.
It’s a vocation. In fact, he has invested his entire career
to the industry, particularly in professional association
management and professional development. He has
taught classes and offered seminars at the local, state
and national levels and has served on the board of
directors of the National Association of REALTORS®
Association Executives Institute. Locally, he has served on
the Board of Directors for the Daytona Regional Chamber
of Commerce and Camp Winona. Mark also serves
as a Board Level investor of Team Volusia Economic
Development Corporation.

Brad Giles is a busy man. Not only does he preside
over one of the region’s most successful contracting
companies, he serves his community. As a young man,
Brad earned his State of Florida Unlimited Electrical
Contractors License. He has worked in support of high
safety standards and worked against the proliferation
of unlicensed contractors. He is a past recipient of the
National Electrical Contractors District 2 Leadership
Award. And Brad served as president of the FUTURES
Foundation for Volusia County Schools and a
Board Level investor of Team Volusia Economic
Development Corporation.
