Advocate, Support, & Foster Collaboration for the Arts and Humanities
Flagler County is a vibrant tapestry of arts, culture and history. As the official Local Arts Agency( LAA) for Flagler County, our mission is to build unity among member organizations, engage in advocacy and education in support of the arts and humanities, promote arts, culture, and history in Flagler County, and to provide resources to enrich the lives of its residents and visitors.
Pillar 1- SUPPORT
Provide financial and promotional opportunities for members & students:
• Implement a granting program
• Support arts education through scholarship
• Implement out of market / in market advertising programs to drive awareness
Pillar 2- ADVOCACY
• Maintain FC3’ s status as the Local Arts Agency
• Regular engagement with local and state officials
• Educate and activate the local community on advocacy issues
Pillar 3- FOSTER COLLABORATION
• Encourage use of FC3 master calendar( flaglerartsandculture. org)
• Quarterly round table for arts and culture leaders
• Connect artists to develop new events and opportunities
The FC3 Board is comprised of members of the community representing arts, history and culture.
