absolutely full of quaint villages where
history abounds, they may not be on the
“Les Plus Beaux Villages de France” list
however they are fascinating to explore
and often a little quieter than the more
famous “Beautiful Villages”

throughout the area that are historically
and culturally significant and well worth
a visit many of them host wonderful
food and local produce markets and in
the season you will find special markets
such as truffle markets, chestnuts
markets and fresh flower.
