Water is life. Most probably, you notice that your body gets out sweat (water) while doing any activity. Besides, it gets out water when you breath and digest food. This is because your body uses water in almost every part of it; it needs water in cells, tissues to help with regulating the body’s temperature to maintain the other vital functions. So, do not get surprised when you know that water represents almost 60% of your body weight (USGs Water Science School). The specific amount of water you need depends on the environment you are living in, and how physically you are active in your daily life, and it may vary because of any illness you are suffering from. However, the standard amount of water the normal person needs is about 8 cups a day or 2 liters a day (Health.com). Why we need this amount of water?
