Of course, you always see them in the mirror, and you feel them every single second, but have ever thought of their structure? They are your teeth.

•Each tooth consists of two parts: The visible part which is so-called the CROWN, and invisible part which is called the root.

•Dentine mainly form the tooth. (This way the tooth doctor is called dentist!!!) A harder substance called enamel covers the crown, while the roots are covered with cement urn.

•There is a cavity inside each tooth which carries the nerves and the tooth blood.

Why you feel pain in your teeth?

When a decay eats through the dentine and reaches the pulp, it causes pain and inflammation follows and this may cause death to the tooth.
