It is recommended to spend about 60 minutes of working out moderate and vigorous exercises daily. As exercises serve all the body parts at once, as exercising make the body produce some chemicals like endorphins which helps to clear you mind, and feel more peaceful. In addition, exercising is one of the main pillar of keeping the body weight and keeping the body organs work functionally. Moreover, it decreases the risk of developing some diseases like type-2 diabetes. With all of that, it is not hard to exercise as you may think:
