Enchanted Forest

C

oming up with an idea for my daughter’s 1st birthday theme was a
no brainer. I am enamored by fantasies and fairytales, so I chose to
style an Enchanted Forest party. For this celebration, the color scheme
consisted of shades violet, green and gold. Moss was an important element in this project to evoke a feeling of fresh dewy woods. Since it
was around time for Easter, bunnies were key focal points. I also created
beautiful floral chandeliers and coordinating floral initial letters for the
birthday girl. There was also a bar cart just for the grown-ups. At the end
of this fabulous fete, guests walked away with whimsical treat bags filled
with goodies. 
A few party details to look out for are the matching cookies (The Baked
Equation) and invitations (House of Creative Designs). Honeycomb tassels were provided by Glam Fete. The fairy centerpiece was designed by
Ten 23 Designs. Favor tags, water bottle labels, and a birthday banner
was designed by Hostess With The Mostess. A few of my personal faves
were the bunny shaped Rice Krispie Treats and chocolate covered Oreos
created by Sweet Fixx STL. The delightful birthday cake was made by
Pum’s Sweets. Finally, the name lollipops were by Vintage Confections.
