Over the Rainbow
St. Patrick’s Day Party

W

hat is more fun than a party? A party with unlimited cupcakes,
frosting, and toppings! That was the inspiration behind Stefani’s
St. Patrick’s Day celebration for her littler guys and their friends.
All of the decor was in her “magic garage” or easily made at home. The
table square is a fabric scrap, and the cake plates are candle sticks with
white dish-ware on top. The backdrop was made by sewing round pieces of rainbow paper together. It’s such an easy, but it makes such a fun
statement!
She baked cupcakes and popped them into cute little cups, but left them
undecorated. She made rainbow colored frosting and added one color
to each bag, securing the bags closed with adorable striped bag toppers.
Then she added a few small bowls of toppings (of course she included
gold coins for the end of the rainbow!) and let the kiddos decorate to
their hearts content!
The kids had a great time, and it was a relatively stress free St. Patrick’s
Day celebration.
