Hi Friends,
Talk about juggling! The last several months have been crazy! We had a great time putting on the 2nd annual Daddy & Family Expo which we had the pleasure of having the best, most passionate vendors, exhibitors and entertainers. I have to say we also had the most devoted and loveliest attendees who with babies and little ones on hand and many pregnant bellies managed to stay the entire day with us to enjoy the fun and share our mission to celebrate and include dads in the parenting process culminating in our annual Mega Dad Awards.
Our Community Mega Dad winners, Richard Elo, Rick Rosario, Perry James O’Keefe and Michael Ongsai and their families were treated to a memorable day of food, fun and photos as well as getting to hang with our Celebrity Mega Dad winner WWE Superstar and father of two, Titus O’Neil and his family who came to celebrate with him. All this while we potty trained our youngest who just turned two- all it took was a Ninja Turtle Potty seat- and he finally learned to sleep through the night! Talking of which, our sleep expert Shana Del Castillo has 6 great sleep tips in this issue and Heather Steiger gets us all practicing the right methods to ensure our children are getting the most out of bedtime reading before they go back to school.
We are also happy to announce that we are bringing the magazine alive with our first Every Little Thing! Birth & Beyond Expo & Festival on November 8th in Winter Park, Orlando. We already have amazing entertainment lined up as well as fab workshops and demos, dynamic and interesting vendors and exhibitors and stunning giveaways.
