The first Saturday of May to October, in the quaint town of Pilot Mountain a car show takes place. At this
event there are many things to do, you can look at amazing classic, vintage, and renovated cars, dance to
beach music, enjoy concessions, and cruise the strip. The town even has a trolley to get you around the
town. It is a great site to see the town so lively, all the shops are open and people come from all around. My
favorite part is the freshly squeezed lemonade and homemade ice cream that I enjoy while looking at Bel
Airs. Also, stopping by the local stores such as Cookie's Antique Mall really gives you that homey feeling.
There are many different cars to look at and new ones show up at the car show each time. This great time has
free admission and starts at 3 P.M. and lasts until 9:30 P.M. There are many sites to see so make sure to stop
by the next car show and support the local businesses in town.
