Early Years Group Music Therapy ( 0-5 years )
Gateshead Old Town Hall , 2-3pm
Designed to support your child in developing musical and social skills , our friendly Nordoff Robbins trained music therapist will delight and engage children with movement and therapeutic music making . Suitable for children aged 0-5 who have SEN and / or disabilities .
Tickets : £ 6 per person .
Friday 1st November
Gamelan Workshop ( 5-11 year olds )
Gateshead Old Town Hall , 11am-12noon
Exciting hour-long session for families to try the Javanese Gamelan , a beautiful and inspiring set of gong based percussion instruments . Suitable for families with children aged 5-11 with SEN or additional needs .
Tickets : £ 3 per person .
Parents or carers with a Max Card go free to each of the workshops on this page .

Planet Music ( 5-7 year olds )
The Greggs Children ’ s Room , 1.30-2.30pm
Children with SEN can blast off on an exciting adventure of musical discovery in a friendly , engaging , sensory , fun and playful way . Suitable for children with SEN and their parents / carers and siblings .
