Blondes have more fun, right? Try out this Blonde Bloody Mary at your next shindig. Blonde Bloody Mary 4 1/2 pounds yellow tomatoes, diced 1 cup vodka 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Tabasco Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper Ice 12 celery sticks An original concoction brings the opportunity to spread a color theme into the bar area. At events of all kinds, it is possible to serve a signature drink in lieu of offering an entire bar to save money. Working in batches, puree the tomatoes in a blender or food processor until smooth. Over a bowl, strain the tomato puree through a fine filter. Add the vodka, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco to the strained puree and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. Serve over ice. This mix can also be made ahead and refrigerated overnight. Any kind of Bloody Mary deserves appropriate garnishing. Grilling and skewer season is among us so why not incorporate this into our drinks?
