Dear Friends and Family,
While it is considered the busiest time of the year, parents take
the opportunity during the season of Advent to stop and set aside
precious time for their child(ren) to visit with Santa. Each year,
in spite of all of the things that have to get done, parents spend
hours planning so that their child(ren)’s visit with Santa will be
an event they will long remember!
You could have gone to any mall at this time of year and wait in
line until it was your child’s turn to sit on Santa’s lap and whisper
to him what he or she would like to receive for Christmas.
However, you chose to come to St. John the Evangelist where, we
would like to think, the real spirit of Christmas is! Nothing can
top being together with people who know the true meaning of
Christmas, who want to be part of sharing a meal together as a
family community, who enjoy chatting together, and are just as
excited as their children as they wait, in anticipation, their turn to
be with Santa!
Thank you for coming and being with us as we share the true
spirit of Christmas!
