a fund- -need FUND-a-NEED Supports projects like these... Alligator Documentary Video Your donation will provide funding support for the production and distribution of this quality educational video highlighting Kiawah’s alligators. Loggerhead Turtle Documentary Video Your donation will provide funding support for the production and distribution of this quality educational video highlighting Kiawah’s nesting loggerhead turtles and conservation efforts to protect this species on Kiawah Island. Bird Banding Interns and Expanded Banding Station By supporting bird banding interns and the banding station expansion, you will maximize data collection and banding success during the busy fall migration season. The Kiawah Bird Banding Station is one of only a handful of established programs on the southeast coast and your support allows the Kiawah Conservancy to provide funds for necessary supplies, interns and equipment. GPS Collared Bobcat Your gift will enable Town Biologists and the Kiawah Conservancy to learn more about the habitat needs of Kiawah’s bobcats. Land Preservation Your support of the Kiawah Conservancy’s Land Preservation program affords us the continued opportunity to purchase important conservation lands across the Island that provide critical wildlife habitat. Funding Land Preservation also supports the placement of conservation easements to protect important tracts of habitat and the development of land management plans for preserved properties. *Fund-a-Need photographs courtesy of the Town of Kiawah Island, Sue Corcoran and Pamela Cohen.
