and café areas with bespoke furniture pieces to create a sophisticated yet corporate environment. We went with a corporate, modern and clean-lined look with an industrial feel. It was chic, fresh and looked fab! The menu had to be interesting and incredibly tasty. We assumed that many guests may return each day, so we changed it up every day so they weren’t eating the same food. Coffee was also a must so we brought in professional Barista’s to serve a large variety of only the best quality beans. Guests arrived from around 6:30am where they registered at reception and were served fresh orange juice. The baristas serving fragrant coffees in a variety of ways – flat white, cappuccino, you name it, we served it! A harvest- style breakfast feast was also served. With the need to be ‘always online’ (and understanding how frustrating it can be when your battery is running low), we setup a mobile charging station, where guests could charge their phones. The charges were ‘mobile’ too, so guests could take the battery pack with them to their meetings and return the pack later in the day. It was an absolute hit! The feedback was incredible and the networking sessions proved invaluable to our client. Well done Team! 5
