EVDG: How did you get your start?
GMBW: I signed up with a training school, The Wild Samoan, here in Allentown, Pa. My trainer is The
Great samu. After tryouts he liked what I could do so I just pursued from there.
EVDG: How long have you been a professional wrestler?
GMBW: I started training October 2013 and as a graduate from Wild Samoan Training Center I had my debut
for Wxwc4 in April 2014. Since then I've worked for other promotions in the Pennsylvania area such as
Pennsylvania Premiere Wrestling (PPW) ,Pennsylvania Championship Wrestling Alliance (PCWA) & Anarchy
Wrestling Alliance (AWA).
EVDG: What
up?
GMBW: Wxwc4
March
Hazleton,Pa
matches do you have coming
March 7 Allentown,Pa, Icw
20,Queens,NY,Ppw March 21
EVDG: How
intense is the training?
GMBW: The
training is intense, It's mental.
You have to stay
in shape. Your talking
stamina, taking
bumps, working with your
partner building a
chemistry and working the
ring.It's a thing
that you have to have training
as much as
possible so you can feel
comfortable and
feel confident when you step
in that ring.
EVDG: So this is
not cut out for the average
person.
GMBW: There's a
saying this is not cut out for
everybodyand if it
were easy everybody would
be doing it.
Fortunately it is not. It is a
discipline with
your mind that you are going
to go out and
train, learn and open your
mind to the
different nationalities and
cultures you will
be going against as your
opponent, it's a lot
that you have to look out. It's
not easy as all.
EVDG: Outside of your first match have you had any memorables.
GMBW: Yeah as far working with your opponent learning to manuever around them and learning how to
do it without hurting yourself and your opponent. But memorable every moment is memorable and I'm
excited. You just gave an experience and you just love what you do. It all matters with the fans. Because
the fans that are looking at you ,that you are entertaining to get a rise out of them for being happy, being
sad, being emotional, being upset you get a kick out of that .
EVDG: Now that you started on this road what is the long time goal for you?
GMBW: I guess I would say what millions of people would say is to "go big". These promotions have been
really great but my long time goal would become apart of the NXT/WWE roster. I just know if I continue to
work hard into the path that I'm creating before you know it I'll be where I need to.
