Most of us know one or two foreign language, because at school we have to learn it. Even though it's hard, it's very useful.

Nowadays we don't have plenty of time and additional learning is hard to realise although we can plan it. At first you have to basically define your goals and how much you can take spend on it.

After that, you should find out why this is important to you, for example,  you love Spain so knowing Spanish would make travelling easier for you.

Thirdly you need to learn vocabulary and grammar. Its quiet simple. Most important is context. Expose yourself to vocabulary and grammar in different books, blogs, podcasts, films. Don't study vocabulary, grammar, just practice it. You should  memorize some information but also use it in daily situations. Last but not least is fear of making mistakes.

In conclusion - be kind to yourself. Focus more on communication than on grammatical issues.

There are some tips to help you learn foreign language vocabulary:

1. Start with the most common words: Focus on words that you'll encounter often.

2. Use flashcards: Create flashcards with the foreign word on one side and the translation on the other. Review them regularly.

3. Practice with a language-learning app: There are many apps available that provide vocabulary exercises and quizzes.

4. Read and listen: Read books, articles, and listen to podcasts or music in the foreign language to expose yourself to new words.

5. Contextualize the words: Learn vocabulary in context by using sentences or phrases that include the words you want to learn.

6. Practice speaking: Speaking helps reinforce your memory.

7.Join language exchange programs: Connect with native speakers to practice conversing and expand your vocabulary.

8.Be consistent: Set aside regular study time each day to review and learn new words.
