PASTA with tomato sauce

INGREDIENTS:

-400g of pasta

-2 slices of minced garlic

-½ glass of extra virgin olive oil

-1 L of tomato sauce

-One handful of fresh basil

-Minced chili pepper

-Grated cheese

PREPARATION

Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt.

Meantime, in a pan saute a clove of garlic in a olive oil.

Remove the garlic, add the tomatoes to the pan and add the basil and chili pepper.

Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Drain the pasta and add to sauce and saute to take flavor.

Serve immediately with plenty of cheese to taste .
