SALTY PIE with ham and grilled zucchini

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 puff pastry

- 2 eggs

- 1 mozzarella

- 3 grilled zucchini

- a little of Parmesan cheese

PREPARATION

1. cut the zucchini round and grill them for a couple of minutes.

2. take out the pastry from the fridge and leave it rest for 10 minutes and warm the oven until it reaches 150°.

3. lay the puff pastry on the baking casserole and riddle it with holes.

4. beat the eggs with a bit of Parmesan cheese.

5. put the zucchini on top of the eggs in a circle.

6. bake for 30 minutes.

7. take out from the oven and let it cool before eating

GARLIC BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

- bread

- tomato sauce

- garlic

- olive oil

- mozzarella

- origan

PREPARATION:

1. Toast the bread in a pan until the bread is crisp.

2. Rub the garlic on the bread and and pour the oil on the bread.

3. Cover the bread with tomato sauce.

4. Slice the mozzarella in cubes and put it on the bread.

5. Add the origan on that.
