Chingiz Kaskeyev is a Government Relations and Corporate Affairs Director at Efes Kazakhstan. He
has 9 years’ experience in corporate affairs in FMCG sector starting from 2008 when he joined British
American Tobacco Kazakhstan. Prior to that he was working for 15 years in the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Kazakhstan after graduating from Moscow State University in 1993. Besides Eurobak,
Chingiz represents the Company at the Kazakhstan Foreign Investors Council Association, Public
Council under the Ministry of Finance etc., he is a certified GRI specialist.

Andrei Yorsh is a senior associate at the Almaty office of Baker & McKenzie. He specializes in dispute
resolution, intellectual property, employment and migration, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and
telecommunications issues. Andrei also has extensive experience in the energy and natural resources
area. Andrei Yorsh graduated with honors from the Belarusian State University, admitted to practice
in 1994. He is an arbitrator of the International Arbitration of the Belarusian Chambers of Commerce.

Alima Issembayeva is Country Public Affairs and Communications Director at CCI Kazakhstan, Coca-
Cola Bottler in Kazakhstan. Alima obtained a bachelor degree of Public Relations, Kazakh National
University and master degree of International Public Relations, Cardiff University, UK. With more
than 8 years’ experience, Alima has been involved in developing and execution of marketing and
communications strategies for FMCG sector and governmental institutions.
Nataliya Shapovalova

Nataliya Shapovalova is a senior associate in Dentons’ Almaty office. She has 10 years of professional
experience with a focus on intellectual property law. Nataliya has experience in protection and
enforcement of intellectual property, transactional experience. She advises information technology,
communications and media companies on various regulatory issues. Nataliya has been involved in
developing recommendations on improvement of the legal and regulatory environment.
Pavel Salikhov

Pavel Salikhov has an extensive experience in Corporate Affairs and Communications with major
international development, Oil & Gas and FMCG companies. He started his career with Mars in 2012
focusing on building corporate reputation, engaging industry and stakeholder relations, and supporting
Mars, nurturing corporate culture internally. Pavel supports Eurobak FMCG Committee Executive
Team on taxation and customs issues, technical regulations, extended producer responsibility,
