Love And Respect God’s Creation
-Syed Shoaib Ahmed, VIII C
Once upon a time, there was a king who was passing by a corn field and saw sparrows eating corn. He thought these sparrows eat tons of corn and if these sparrows could be stopped from eating corn much corn would be saved.
He announced that a reward will be given to every person who brings a dead sparrow. People of his kingdom left their jobs & started hunting the kingdom for sparrows. Soon no more sparrows were left in the kingdom.
After some time, some people told him that insects had eaten up the crops in the absence of sparrows.
The king realized his mistake & he he did not know that sparrows ate harmful insects and he felt that every thing what God has created has a purpose, then he told to his courtiers to bring sparrows from some other places to save the crops.
You May Delay But Time Will Not
- Faraz Mishal, X B
There is a saying time and tide waits for none. This is indeed true. Time waits for none, it just comes and goes. Neither money nor power can buy it. The most remarkable feature of time is its preciousness. If a moment is lost, its lost for ever, none of us can retain it
The value of time is immeasurable and boundless. So every breath, every second should be used properly and meaningfully. Even our spare time must be used wisely. There is a proverb saying killing time is not a murder but a suicide. Therefore we should not waste time, actually no one can waste time its we who are being wasted by time. Until and unless we setup a time table for ourselves and make a division of time for various task, time will keep slipping away with its golden opportunity.
Therefore if we want to succeed in life we ought to plan things beforehand. As people who plan beforehand seldom fails. Planning and proper time management always brings in success, while postponement and laziness are the lopes which strangle time. Thus, time can either create us a destroy us. It all depends on how we utilise time.
