Toastmasters Club
A handful of jasmine placed in a corner of the
room concealed from the vision would still
make its presence felt with the fragrance
which would soon spread in all corners of the
room. Something similar was the case with
Toastmasters Club in Tech Mahindra.
Conglomeration of a bunch of fervent people
in an executive conference room would
humbly conduct the weekly sessions. However
the remarkable make shift in the speaking
and leadership capabilities of all its associates
did get noticed very often. In a trice the new
EC took charge that the Club went dilated with
8 incubators (new members) in first couple of
months.

Toting 8 new members is indeed a prodigious
triumph for the Club that was established just
a year back. However we intended to dig out
pedigree behind these mushrooming
memberships. What came out was really
interesting, most of the new members would
like to pursue journalism, teaching, radio
jockey as their fillin careers and envisioned
to do well in their social circle. Passion for
rejigging to be a good leader and rhetorician
would definitely titillate to Toastmasters.
In the process of adding these new members,
we, Toastmasters had touched many lives by
creating a metamorphosis in the person from
what someone was to be now. Hope this new
fangled voyage on which they embarked
would buttress them attain the goals of their
Dream.
Moving ahead to touch more lives….
