But her journey hasn ’ t been without challenges . Creating a community and becoming an effective leader has taken time , effort , and determination . When asked about how she began building her business , Jennifer says , “ I considered quitting every other month during my first two years with dōTERRA . But something kept me going .” She found success as she trusted herself , discovered her purpose , and leaned on the support of her husband and daughter . Now , Jennifer ’ s key to continued success is to “ grow out of my comfort zone .”
