Tsiknopempti is held every Thursday and is held two weeks before the carnival. my school this year went to a tavern and we ate we danced we had masquerades we had a very good time. Meat was cooked in the tavern, this is the custom in Greece. Tsiknopempti comes out of Tsiknizo on the fifth day and that's why they named it so.
