People say that cooking is art, but more so, cooking is science!
It provides a great opportunity for the kids to ask questions:
Why is the meat turning brown in the pan? Why do we drizzle avocado with lemon juice?
Why do we add vinegar while poaching eggs?
Chemistry and physics will give you all the answers!
