The Client engaged us to conduct a due diligence study to assess the market, technical and
financial feasibility of a proposed ethanol-based automobile project in India.
Our Solution
Ingenious conducted large-scale primary interviews with various stakeholders in the project. We
supplemented this data with extensive secondary research to analyze the different components of
the project. The final report comprised an in-depth scenario analysis of the project over a five-,
ten- and fifteen-year period along with a detailed risk assessment report for the project.
Client Impact
Based on Ingenious’ findings, the Client decided to postpone the project for the time being and
spend their resources on other more important projects.
