WHO WE ARE
Eta Lambda Omega (ELO) Chapter of Alpha
Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated was
chartered on March 6, 1960.  ELO consists of
members who are accomplished professionals
involved in disciplines including education,
technology, engineering, entertainment, as
well as the legal and medical professions. ELO
upholds the Sorority's Mission Statement by
actively supporting educational endeavors
through a diverse compilation of talent and
intellect. We proudly serve the Greater
Pasadena/Altadena community through an
array of community service projects. We have
awarded scholarships for over 58 years to
college bound students, and has awarded over
$225,000 in the 21st Century alone. 
The Pasadena/Altadena Ivy Foundation is a
501(c)(3) charitable organization whose
mission is to improve the economic, social,
educational,  and health conditions  in
the an Gabriel Valley by providing service
programs that positively impact the
community.

Join us for our 30th Annual Fashionetta®
soirée as we celebrate student scholars and
local leaders.  This event is hosted by the
Pasadena/Altadena Chapter of Alpha Kappa
Alpha Sorority, Inc. (AKA) in partnership
with the Pasadena/Altadena Ivy Foundation
(PAIF) to raise funds for student
scholarships and community programs. 
This year theme is P.E.A.R.L.S. (Pasadena's
Elegant And Refined Ladies with Style).
This fun-filled event will award
Scholarships to college-bound students
from the San Gabriel Valley area, honor the
Mother of the Year, include a Fashion Show
and offer many opportunities to shop!
 Your support of this program will directly
benefit the Pasadena/ Altadena/San
Gabriel Valley Communities. This event will
be held at the Glendale Hilton located at
100 W Glenoaks Blvd, Glendale, CA.
