2016 is finally with us . A leap year , and a year of great expectation for some and others are just seeing it as another calendar up the wall . At Esteemed™ , we believe that that is not your version of 2016 .

Which is why we don ’ t say Happy New Year . Happiness is a factor of occurrences . We simply believe with you that 2016 is a year of learning , growth , and registering success . So we encourage you to set milestones for your personal life , family , business , career , profession , and whatever else you define as important to you , whose development you need to actualize .

As we will experience in this edition , results are a factor of effort , courage , willingness to take risk and most of all your presence . You need to be present in mind , heart and body to register any success in 2016 . Present here means conscious and deliberate in your actions . A promotion at work won ’ t find you being lazy and playing a computer game at your workstation . Growth in market share will not be registered if you continue doing things the same way and as our customer relations consultant segment advises , you need to give customers a reason to choose you over the competition . Complementing this is insight on the public relations section which highlights the importance of packaging yourself . Business principles relate timeless lessons learnt during time spent with a farmer .

We start off 2016 with a theme around agriculture ; but not in the traditional sense of digging , planting and harvesting . It is more in tune with the value chain that makes agriculture the single largest business sector that rivals technology by far .
