The following promotion-specifi c Terms and Conditions apply to the 3 Months Free C-Fibre With black Winter Promotion (the “Promotion”). Cell C’s standard C-Fibre Terms and Conditions also applies to the Promotion.
The Promotion includes uncapped fi bre, 3 months free subscription, a free black Set Top Box and 3 months free access to BINGE Premium on black. The Promotion is valid from 1 June 2018 to 31 August 2018 (the “Promotional
Period”). The Promotion only applies to 40Mbps line speed services and above. The Promotion is not applicable to the C-Fibre Connector tariff plans or any future bundled service offered on C-Fibre. The Promotion is only available
to new C-Fibre customers that subscribe during the Promotional Period. The Promotion is valid across all the fi bre networks where C-Fibre is commercially available. No line speed downgrades will be allowed for 24 months.
A pro-rated clawback of the installation fee, connection fee, Wi-Fi router and black Smart Box retail cost will apply in the event of cancellation within 24 months. The Promotion terms will apply from the date when the C- Fibre service
