These operators build Fibre infrastructure in specific areas , then allow Internet Service Providers ( ISP ’ s ) to sell Fibre services over their networks . C-Fibre is an ISP , so we don ’ t roll out our own Fibre network . We provide you with the internet breakout service on the fibre network available in your area .
