7. The ARC helpline is available to all members, where we deal with any day-to-day queries and challenges
faced by residential estate managers.
8. ARC runs conferences and workshops on various areas of need to build the capacity of residential estate
managers and directors.
9. Regular ARC chapter meetings are held where residential estate managers network with each other, thereby
learning from each other on local, regional and national issues.
10. Estate Living collaborates with ARC on content and the distribution of pertinent information from these
events to community managers, trustees, property developers and residents.
11. ARC has established the International Chapter of the Community Association Institute (USA) known
as the CAISA, where all residential estate managers have access to internationally recognised qualifications
and a professional designation.
12. ARC has established the Residential Community Council (RCC) to deal with imposed legislation, and has
developed mechanisms to ensure that the industry is empowered to self-regulate.
13. ARC constantly sources legislation affecting residential communities, imparts this to members, and runs
workshops assisting residential estate managers and directors to alleviate risks attached to this legislation.
14. The Estate Living–ARC partnership offers residential estates and developments the most inclusive
support structures, which includes estate & community management and internal communication & brand
reputation, all to the benefit of unity within a community.
