1. The Association of Residential Communities (ARC) has been in
existence for over 10 years, with 11 founder members, 10 chapters
around the country and over 300 member estates, home to over
200,000 residents and representing 58% of the market in respect of
number of homes.
2. ARC has researched, developed and sourced over 400 best practice resources covering all disciplines
of residential community management and leadership.
3. ARC conducts an annual industry-wide survey in which all possible residential community statistics are
available for estate benchmarking purposes.
4. ARC & Estate Living have developed strategic partnerships with residential community experts across
various areas of residential community management, and these are available to ARC members.
5. The ARC website attracts over 50,000 hits per month, with 2,000 unique visitors, and via our portal has
a regular newsletter, calendar of events, resources including a Q&A section updated with all queries
received, plus a two-way communication portal that contains up-to-the-minute industry alerts on matters
directly affecting residential communities.
6. The Estate Living web portal and content receives in excess of 450 000 impressions monthly and
provides a place for estate marketing and reputation management.
