The Saxony Sandton online sales portal will afford interested buyers

dedicated online platform. ‘It gives everyone an equal opportunity
to purchase one of the prime opportunities available,’ says Rajan

SALES ARE BULLISH
Sandton saw over 500 sectional title transfers registered between
July 2017 and June 2018. The demand for property here is due
to the high-density, high-LSM working population, and the global
move towards living closer to the leading business districts.
Sales for The Saxony started online on November 17, drawing huge
interest from buyers seeking a sophisticated city apartment lifestyle
commensurate with the best in New York or London.
‘We are very bullish about this development. It has attracted a
strong African market, from Zimbabwe, Kenya and Nigeria, but also
from Sandton itself. The buyers are split equally between investors
and people looking for a primary residence. Rental yields are
exceptionally strong in Sandton – between 35% and 40% for a two-
bedroom unit,’ says Stefan Botha, director of Rainmaker Marketing,
which pioneered the online residential sales launch, making the
purchasing process convenient, seamless and easy.
and ceiling treatments, the kitchens and vanities, allowing buyers a
touch, feel and see experience,’ says Naidoo.
Construction on the development starts in April 2019 and is
expected to end 25 months thereafter.
