some holiday homes also available. The residential
component comprises 179 full title stands and
property values for these have soared over the
decade, making Dunkirk Estate a sound investment
option. Land that once retailed for approximately
R 750 000 for a 1200m² plot is now valued at
around R 2.2 million and the average full title home
currently sells for approximately R 5 million – with
the highest recorded selling price to date coming in
at R 8.6 million. A total of 161 sectional title homes
in 12 individual complexes are also available, with
entry level units starting at R 2.3 million for a twobedroom apartment and climbing to between
R 6.8 million and R 7.2 million for a four-bedroom

schools in its charity drives and fundraising efforts.
Young families continue to be attracted to Dunkirk
Estate and, although currently incomplete, the aim
is to conclude the building of all homes, including
the 29 currently under construction, by the end of
2015.
