GOLF ARCHITECTURE
Great golf course design is both a science and an art, and it
asks of the designer to take into account many complex
factorsandconstraintsthatrangefromsite(topography;soils;
features such as large trees or ruins) and budget (combined
with ‘site’, probably the most important constraints), through
to style (links or parkland) and design philosophy down to
practical matters .
PINNACLE POINT ESTATE
Pinnacle Point Beach and Golf Resort is fondly known as
the ‘The Gateway to the Golfing Mecca’ and offers awardwinning accommodation and facilities in the heart of South
Africa’s Garden Route. The estate is enjoying substantial
transformation, a resurgence of confidence in property
investment and an ever increasing influx of international
tourists since the focus of the Estate changed to one of
inclusivity and accessibility.
LALALELA PROJECT
“Lalela not only provides fantastic academic support for
students not naturally strong in maths and science, but
also creates opportunities that these communities would
previously have not considered possible,” continues Cat
Rieper.
