Nineteen company four-ball teams each

which requires that the pro then add his
or her best eight Stableford holes’ scores
to the amateur team total at the end of
play. With a scrambled tee shot, one score
to count on each hole for the four-ball and
a possible (excluding ‘unusual’ scores; i.e.
holes in one!) 24 points on offer for each
pro, the ‘par’ for this event is about 75
points and 80-plus is usually required to
make the ‘medal’ places.
