As a former arranger for Electric Light Orchestra, Louis Clark
conducted the London Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in
playing a collection of very recognizable extracts from
classical music maestros like Beethoven and Mozart as well
as famous segments from the Nutcracker and Madame
Butterfly just to name but a few. The first three albums in
the series were a significant commercial success. Hooked
on Classics peaked at number 4 on the U.S. Billboard
albums chart and remained on the chart for 68 weeks, later
obtaining certified platinum. Hooked on Classics 2 - Can’t
Stop the Classics peaked at number 33, this time staying
for 41 weeks and was certified gold. Hooked on Classics 3 Journey through the Classics reached number 89, and was
on the charts for 14 weeks.

Richard Clayderman

Some might argue that no one can play a piano like
Richard Clayderman. Crowned by the Guinness Book of
World Records as being the most successful pianist in the
world, Clayderman has recorded over 1,300 melodies, sold
approximately 150 million records and achieved 267 gold
and 70 platinum albums. Today he devotes much of his
time to performing in concerts, going as far as playing 200
shows in 250 days and his unique romantic style combines
his trademark originals with classics and pop interludes.
