Helping Your Child Become a Bilingual Child
Help your child listen or speak a second language, can be used and practiced at home, through daily conversations, movies or listening to music. However, there are ways to help in the process of reading and writing:
1. Bilingual material. Parents can get materials in the second language, such as books, magazines and educational games.
2. Reading in another language. Read in another language, the opportunity to engage in the practice of the reading that promotes and the necessary support to acquire the second language. Parents have the opportunity to speak to their children of privilege and advantages for the child to master two languages.
3. Bilingual education. Enrolling the child in bilingual schools and colleges will give you more confidence in expressing the language. In bilingual schools, the child will share their knowledge with other children and feel more secure, further enhancing their practice in the language.
