“ Be clear on what your family ’ s priorities are and put those in your calendar first . Everything else can be scheduled around those priorities .” what ’ s most important . Sometimes I ’ ve gotten offtrack , but every day is a new day , and I love that I can always refocus and realign my choices and priorities . It ' s a journey , not a destination .”
From the get-go , Amy intentionally chose her primary builders . She understood the importance of finding solid partners , so she was patient — only bringing someone into an important role if he or she was fully committed and capable .
Amy also shares , “ I didn ’ t fear bringing on builders who were more capable or talented than I was . I let the strength of the roducts , company , and compensation plan do the heavy lifting . I was confident doing my best would be enough .” She and her team focused on implementing the basics of PIPES , having a clear system for launching new builders , and training other team members to duplicate and scale . Building with this strong foundation has paid off immensely .
