What were the biggest hurdles you overcame on the way to Presidential Diamond ? Ourselves ! We ’ ve been the biggest hurdle . When you set a goal to create something as incredible as a Presidential Diamond team , you ’ ve got to be prepared to constantly bump up against yourself and your beliefs , confidence , skill sets , ability to set healthy boundaries , and ability to grow yourself . You ’ ve got to know why you want it and believe that you can do it — then you ’ ll be unstoppable .
What advice would you give to someone who is trying to reach Presidential Diamond ?
Make sure your home team and your dōTERRA ® teams are on board to be a Presidential team , that they know what it ’ ll take to get there . Each person who will be impacted by a change in schedule or will have expectations to live up to must have the opportunity to choose it . It ’ s important for people to feel seen , heard , and appreciated , as well as to know what will be expected of them . It ’ s a marathon , not a sprint . You ’ ve got to cross the finish line together .
