Mi-février, citydev. brussels a attribué le marché de promotion de travaux Vandergoten( Quartier Bockstael) à la société Eiffage Development. Le site- bd. Émile Bockstael à Laeken- accueillera 56 logements destinés aux ménages à revenus moyens. Ce projet constitue un des maillons de la rénovation du quartier. Consciente du potentiel de Vandergoten, citydev. brussels avait acquis la parcelle de 2.805 m ² en septembre 2015 en vue d’ y construire des logements conventionnés et d’ y aménager d’ un espace vert en intérieur d’ îlot. A cet effet, citydev. brussels a lancé un marché de promotion de travaux en novembre 2015. Après analyse des offres, l’ institution a attribué le marché à la société Eiffage Development. Le projet, dessiné par le bureau d’ architecture R ² D ², prévoit la construction d’ un immeuble de logements, qui abritera au total 56 appartements conventionnés. Il comprendra 4 appartements d’ une chambre, 28 de deux chambres, 22 de trois chambres et 2 de quatre chambres. Le sous-sol pourra accueillir 46 places de parking et 158 emplacements pour les vélos, ainsi que les locaux techniques et les caves.
