LEARNING SPACES designed to provide an important educational experience – retaining key food service functions while allowing students visual access to the kitchen as they move through the “open” serving lines. Custom-sized serveries are kidsized and stocked with readily-available healthy food options in order to “nudge” students towards healthy decisions.
