and subsequent victory against catastrophic disease for the second time in my life , a triumph that came through natural and supernatural means and without the use of conventional treatments . During a 40-day period , I constructed a nutrition and detoxification program that involved the use of essential oils in multiple applications daily , including massaging my head and body with essential oils , diffusing oils 24 hours a day in my home , using them in hydrotherapy ( shower , sauna and steam room ) and consuming oils mixed in various nutritional beverages .
I have now used essential oils consistently for the past nine years , and they represent an indispensable tool in my family ’ s health arsenal . My family of eight uses essential oils orally , topically , in our skin and body care regimen , in wound care and in recipes each and every day .
I also use essential oils daily during my meditation and quiet time with the Lord , and I anoint my wife and children daily with lavender oil while quoting parts of Psalm 23 : “ I anoint your head with oil . Your cup runs over . Surely goodness and mercy will follow you all the rest of your days and you will dwell in the house of the Lord forever .”
I ’ m so thankful for essential oils and the protective measure they provide against the germs , toxins and stress
surrounding all of us when we travel and interact with others , and even within our own homes . I have also recommended essential oils to many individuals whom I have helped coach back to health .
