To make neat installs easier, both TVs and stands include carefully considered cable management. Banishing AV clutter has always been a priority for installers who will enjoy Loewe’s fully integrated soundbar, which delivers high clarity dialogue and strong audio without the need for the placement of an addition external soundbar. At the other end of the scale, the new modular bild 5 can be purchased as a screen-only TV, perfectly integrating with third party in-ceiling and in-wall speaker solutions. Loewe offers a range of audio solutions too, that are easy to integrate thanks to the TV’s built-in 5.1 decoders enabling 3.1 to 5.2 systems to switch on and operate seamlessly using just the Loewe TV remote control. With the proliferation of TV content providers, accessing favourite content is becoming increasingly complex for consumers. Loewe’s Home Screen makes control simple and can combine a choice of terrestrial, satellite and radio channels as well as apps, websites and HDMI devices. Importantly, the HDMI devices can be named and allocated logos so that they look and feel fully integrated. Whether its BBC 1 HD, BBC Radio 4, TIDAL or Apple TV, all the customer has to do is point and click for quick and simple access directly from the Home Screen. Alternatively Loewe TVs can be set-up in monitor mode so that they will boot up directly to a pre-selected HDMI input, perfect for installations utilising network switches or with any single source for content. For larger home automation jobs, there are certifi ed IP drivers for Control4 and Crestron with other drivers under development. For the hospitality sector, Loewe offers its own hotel mode as well as integration with a number of hotel systems. Looking to the future, Loewe demonstrated Alexa voice integration at the IFA consumer electronics fair in September 2017, which will be released as a software upgrade at the end of the year, and there will be other big software announcements in the UK soon.
