Change is good
Change is good. Here at EI, we love seeing change. It
keeps us all moving in the right direction, brings new
ideas, fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
That’s why I’m delighted to be the new editor at this
exciting time in this ever changing industry. So it’s a
warm hello from me and a bon voyage to the illustrious
Daniel J Sait, who after many years behind the helm,
is moving onwards and upwards in his new role as our
editor-in-chief.
I’m thrilled to start working closely with key experts
within the smart building and home automation industry
to identify future tech trends, showcase new products and
offer insights on the latest cutting edge technology. Over
the coming months, I’ll be delving into the core topics of
our sector, ensuring that EI remains the go-to guide for all
things install. I’ll be working out what enthuses installers,
which products to look out for and identify which tech is
great but merely fad, or game changing and here to stay.
This month we bring you a treasure trove of
technological delights. Not only do we have loads of
in-depth industry advice from our ravishing regulars but
several delightful case studies, including a super car, on
display in a swimming pool, which in turn is on display in
a living room. Lavish or what? In our features, we answer
