What You’ ll Need

• 2 cups grapefruit juice

• ½ cup lemon juice

• ¼ cup honey

• 1 grapefruit, sliced

• 6 sprigs fresh rosemary

• ice cubes, for serving

• 2 cups soda water

Let’ s Make

1. In a jug, whisk the grapefruit juice, lemon juice and honey until fully combined.

2. Add ⅓ cup of the grapefruit and lemon juice mixture to each glass, along with a slice of grapefruit, a sprig of rosemary and plenty of ice cubes.

3. Top each with about ⅓ cup soda water and stir gently.
