NEW Marketing Guidelines Products How to spend your Marketing Allowance • • • • • Valid Receipts must be presented and approved at the discretion of AST prior to a credit being applied against a clients account. Your Marketing Allowance can be banked for 12 months only. Marketing Allowance does not apply to special offer orders Special offers will reduce Marketing Allowance Invoices over $500 need to be approved in writing for all Items. AST will contribute 50% using your Marketing Allowance towards the following: Advertising | AST will contribute up to 50% of the total cost of an approved advertising campaign within the Marketing Awards Program budget. Advertising must be co-branded and only have AST brands/logo’s mentioned. Credit will be placed against a clients AST account. AST will contribute 100% using your Marketing Allowance towards the following: MAI Training | MAI Training can be claimed at a dollar amount for each course using Marketing Allowance. Peels Days | 4 hours for one staff member claimed at $500 of Marketing budget, $250 if clinic staff member is in the room learning skills from AST staff member. Product for Special Events | Products can be claimed at wholesale cost, however they must only be used to assist in Marketing. Example: Special Events / Door Prizes / Raffles / Staff Incentive Marketing dollars cannot be used to pay your account. Marketing Tools | Cost for the following can be given on enquiry • • • • Banners - Standard AST Images & Logo Poster / Cost dependent on size, please see Promotional Template Folder - price to be confirmed prior to order.
